All products are custom made to order. We are not able to offer exchanges or returns, and all sales are final. The manufacturer’s size chart is provided for your convenience.
Once the store closes, it will no longer be accessible, orders can no longer be submitted (unless placing a bulk order.)
Looking to order multiple sizes of the same item? In each product, click the Multiple Quantities tab, located just above the quantity area and next to the Single Item tab. This allows you to quickly add multiple sizes to your order!
Orders are typically completed approximately 3 weeks after the store’s closing date.
If you are trying to add an item to your cart and the cart is not updating, please scroll up and you will see a red box located at the top of the web page that states the item has gone out of stock.
We strive to only include products that we deem to be low-risk for inventory issues. Given the global supply chain challenges, however, stock levels can be quickly affected beyond our control. Should any items you order be out of stock on the Closing Date, the price of those items will be refunded in full to your original payment method and you’ll be notified via email.
Please be certain to include any Unit/ Suite/ Apt/ Bldg #'s in your ship details. Wilder Customs is not responsible for shipments returned to us due to incorrect/ incomplete shipping info; reshipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
